LithoBlocks runs an MCP server. Connect it to Claude (desktop or web), Claude Code, or any MCP client, and the assistant can read and search your templates, author and validate new ones, compile and send messages, and manage your organization — as you, with your permissions.

  1. Open Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector.
  2. Enter the URL above; leave the OAuth client fields empty.
  3. Click Connect. A browser tab signs you in to LithoBlocks and asks you to approve the connection. Approve, then enable the connector in a chat.
Custom connectors need a Pro, Max, Team or Enterprise plan.

What the assistant can do

Twenty-nine tools, each marked read-only or destructive so the client can ask before anything irreversible:
  • Read: list, search and fetch templates and versions; entities; credit balance and usage; organization and members; your profile.
  • Author: the block schema, a free dry-run validator, create templates and versions, activate.
  • Send: compile (spends a credit) and send to a channel, a member’s email or a Slack user id, singly or in bulk, with idempotency keys for safe retries.
  • Administer: rename the organization, invite members, update your profile.
Listing tools needs no sign-in, so a client can show what it would be able to do before you connect. Everything else acts with your role’s permissions; a tool that needs a scope you do not have says which one.

Revoking

Integrations → Connected apps lists every app you have authorized and revokes it in one click. The server stops honouring the connection within a minute.
